I've been trying unsuccessfully all day to upload a PDF copy of my charitable organization's IRS 501(c)(3) letter and keep getting the same error message over and over. Anyone know if this is a common problem? I was assured that enrollment would be quick and simple - so far, not the case. Any suggestions? Thanks!
