Hi, as a seller, I want an item I am selling to be available as pay after delivery. How do I activate it or offer it as an option to my buyer?
PAD is for buyer,not seller.
Paypal pays you and debit buyer bank account,you would not even know who paid you nor do you care.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
