Not receiving payment from Bandcamp?

The title is fairly self-explanitory.

Someone bought a track of mine on Bandcamp, and the account is linked to my PayPal, but the money is nowhere to be seen.

How do you know someone made a purchase if you have no record of the transaction in you PayPal account?

I know someone has purchased the track, as all the information is available on Bandcamp itself. People pay through Bandcamp, and the money is routed to the connected PayPal account.

I was paid in this instance, in the amount of $3, of which I am supposed to recieve $2.35, as they negate sales tax, Bandcamp cut, etc.

did you ever get your money? same thing happened to me bandcamp says is 24-48 hours its been 72 hours and its nowhere to  be found

Not recieving my money from bandcamp, they told me that problem is with paypal. 

So could you help me understand what is the problem.

Card is registrated from Armenian bank
