Every store in my area has said that your prepaid cards to load money into my paypal account have been recalled. Is there any info on why you can not buy loadable cards at this time?
I went to two different stores in order to pick up and add funds via a PayPal My Cash Card, and the cards picked up there were declined at both stores. The first store said the reason given was "suspected fraud", and the other said the reason given was "card has expired". These were cards at these 2 stores. What is going on now?
Seems like they are discontinuing the service. PayPal are also not restocking cards once they are sold out. In the PayPal FAQs, they are pushing the use of bank account or PayPal CASH to add money.
