My Paypal account is limited and need help removing the limitations

**bleep** everyone! So last year suddenly my Paypal account became limited for NO apparent reason along with a lot of other people. I have followed all the steps for them to remove the limitation on my Palpal account but that hasn't worked. It's been a year and Paypal is still saying "We’re currently reviewing the information you’ve provided. We’ll be in touch when we’ve completed our review." I'm so frustrated I can't make purchases on Ebay via Paypal anymore and that's how I get my receipts! and also paying through Paypal is just so much more secure. Has this ever happened to you? Can you please help me!?

I needed proof of my identity, street address and 2 other things. I've resolved the first 2 things and now the second 2 are being processed and I still haven't heard back from Paypal this is a nightmare

I gave them my State ID and Ilive in the USA. I gave them my address from a bank statement

You don't have a driver's license?

Usually a utility bill is a better method for proof of address.  You would need to submit a copy of a bill with your address on it.
