Hello, I sent a donation to an animal rescue group through the "Friends and Family" option, and it said 'pending acceptance". The rescue group told me that they had not received notification and do not usually have to "accept" payments. We did some research, and I found that I had accidentally sent it using an old email address for them. Payment was not claimed, and the rescue group told me they don't even have that email anymore. So I put in over Paypal for a refund. Now under my Paypal activity, it says a refund has been issued. But it is not showing in my bank account (the deduction is showing). What is up?
