I was told that I was sent $100 to my PayPal account. She even sent me a screenshot of the transaction ID. But when I go to my account and search for that transaction ID I do not see any funds received.
What can we do? Can she cancel and resend it?
She sent the money a week ago and I still don't have any funds in my account.

Double check the email address she sent the payment to and make sure there was not a typo in it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I have 3 email addresses associated with my account. She sent me a screenshot of her payment screen and it shows one of my 3 emails correctly typed, no typos.
In her screenshot, it shows a conversion of Rupees to USD. Will the conversion make it take longer?

Are you sure she sent the payment in USD and your account can receive USD?

My main form of payments is always USD. I live in the United States.
I am attaching the screenshot she sent me. In theory this proves she sent the money, right?

That transaction ID does not look like a Paypal transaction id,why dont you type it in your search and see if you can find it.
anyone can print a form, they can print checks, money order, postal orders and they look pretty good .
I can print you a form now showing I have been invited to Trump inauguration ball !

Did you have something for sale somewhere?
Did you have confirmation of a sale?
What do you know about this person?
Were you expecting money from a sale?
There is no reason for legitimate buyers to send a screenshot as the payment transaction we be in your PayPal account. If three is an issue buyers can provide relevant information WITHOUT screenshots.
Based on forum discussions, this type of screenshot generally means a scam.

Is it for a purchase from you?
if it is not in your account, either it is a scam or she sent it to a different email address.

you can do a search using the transaction ID in your account,if it is not there, then your buyer is a big scammer.
