Missing , incorrect str address on generated shipping label, mismatch fr recipient's pp address

Example: The recipients street address of record in PP is "4903 Date Avenue Apt. 9", when printing the shipping label from pp invoice the street address printed as "4903 Apartment 9" and subsequently returned to sender... seems to be a database translation issue? idk...

now I have to pay for a second label due to paypal issues... called pp CS and was told I can only get a refund from USPS even though it was a Paypal auto-generated label... not a happy customer...

PayPal uses Pitney Bowes for postage; Pitney Bowes should be using USPS addresses.

When address doesn't like right, BEFORE shipping, I do a Google search for the address to see what is returned.

I also go to USPS.com to put in the address and see how USPS interprets it.

If there are still concerns, then I contact the buyer to clarify.

PayPal can't do all of that for you.
