Marking invoice as paid

Hi all. Was looking for help on how to mark an invoice as paid

@Pedro4Cristo  Are you talking about an eBay transaction where you got paid?  Or are you talking about a transaction elsewhere and you sent an Invoice from PayPal to someone or some business?

Precisely the latter. I created the invoice for a customer who already paid me. I sent the invoice to them not knowing it would say unpaid

There is a drop down menu in the row of the unpaid invoice.  Click on it and select Record Payment.
