Documents vary. Go to the Resolution Center, check the open Account limitation case. Click to open the case and inside should list the documents PayPal is requesting.
Some documents PayPal asks for is Photo ID or Passport. Bank, credit card statements. Utility bills such as phone, gas, electric, Internet, cable, etc.
