Does PP only have phone robots and the community?
If you want to talk to a live person you need to make a phone call and wait to talk to one. Persistence and patience are important.
Could not find a phone number to call a representative.
There is no guarantee the live person is better than robot.
There is a thread here where a seller asked a live rep if it is ok to ship a $33k watch,rep said ok,and now she is out of $33k.
