My account was locked for the 180 days and I patiently waited to withdraw my funds. After 180 passed I received an automated email that the funds are available for the withdrawal, however when I tried to do this via the web-site the same error kept coming up and the transfer from the account to my bank was locked. I've made numerous calls to the Italian paypal department, spoke with different agent and noone can help me. They all make refresh of the system, but that doesn't help- error is still the same and I can't withdraw my funds. Please tell me what should I do in order to get my funds as I followed all the rules of paypal and waited for 180 days. Looking forward to receive an answer.
Called them again today - the lower level agent said e can't handle this and made a ticket so his supervisor will take care of this in the nearest days. However, he can't say exactly when- that maybe 5-10-100 days ? Who knows ?! All I can tell is that these thieves won't give your clean money that easy .
