So I dont understand why PayPal has Credit if you cant use it. I get approved for a line of credit to buy something over $100 USD and a pop up come up and said 6 months no intrest with PayPal credit. So I think ok why not. Everything goes through fine as I knew it would then go to checkout and I ant use it??? I hit my credit report already and still no joy. What do you have to do? What is the point of the credit if you can never use it? Do I contact the BBB or what?

It's for real and, no, it's not an intrapment as it took nothing from you and it did not entrap you anything.
Why the reference to your credit report? Is your cred that bad you need to check it?
PayPal credit isnot like a credit card, nor is is like a bank line of credit which you can use on demand. PayPal Credit cannot be used on demand.
PayPal and PayPal Credit evaluate each purchase to determine if it qualifies for use of PayPal Credit for payment. There are many factors which PayPal reviews, including vendor, product, seller finances, risk of disputes, and many undisclosed parameters.
