On my order detail I basically see : Shopping Cart Current Total: 0.90
In this case this is a test item #32... But on real purchases I don't really know what the customer purchased. How can I get the proper product nomenclature to show up in the Order Field other than Shopping Cart. The product shows up on Infusionsoft order form, but on on PayPals. Any ideas on how to turn this switch on? Thank you.

It really has to do with how your shopping card software connects with the PayPal protocol for transmitting information. You could phone PayPal tech support and also your shopping cart software to find out how they communicate and what data PayPal would require to show more than the total. My ecommerce package only transmits the total; I need to do a report from my ecommerce transaction to record the detail.

I am using Infusionsoft's shopping cart and checkout. The student has the option of paying by credit card with WePay (Infusionsoft) or by PayPal Express or Flow Pro. https://coseminary.infusionsoft.com/app/storeFront/showStoreFront
Some items will show up in the detail, such as Master of Ministry Pay Plan. But individual courses, transcript fees, etc. just how "Shopping Cart $xx.xx.
This is very annoying.
