I've followed the parameters for creating a user on my business account won't let me add a username even though I've followed the parameters required for a username but I am getting, "Please enter a valid User ID." What's going on?

Forgive this question - I found the answer. I had already used the username some other time (and forgot about it). I tried changing the user name and it worked.
