I resolved a dispute with a seller of a horse. Agreement was they get horse back I get my money back! Where is my money?? 8 Quarter Horses merchant refuses to give my money back, Paypal need to go back on them to get my money back ! SCAM and Fraud.
She says paypal has not closed the dispute on her account but mine was closed on June 5th! Whats the deal here?
