I can't change my currency ???

Hello , can someone help me please ? I searched tons of solution but they all seem to do nothing to help me As you can see from the title i can't change my currency, there is no option at my currency exchange, i can't change my money to GBP because there is no option at selection of my local money (that is weird it feels like paypal won't let me change my currency) Help me plz, i want to send money to a friend who is in british but i can't change 😕

your local currency is the currency of the country you state when you open a Paypal account,it canot be changed.

But you can send foreign currency,you have to pay 3% conversion plus real time exchange rate
