I live in chicago and i sent money to one of the people i met on craiglist for an apartment for rent in Colorado.When i reached in colorado the apartment was filthy dirty and smelly.The carpet has dust and i kept sneezing and i couldnt breath.I am in colorado for only one month.I asked the owner if they can refund my money because what i was expecting was not what i found according to the pictures online and i have very bad allergies.When i just got inside the room was smelly and i kept sneezing and couldnt breath at all.I asked the woman if she can refund my money back but she denied.I didnt even sleep there for a day.I was there for like two hours and i left.I tried to dispute on paypal and they said that they cant dispute it because its not an item i purchase.How do i deal in a situation like this.This sounds like the woman is scaming people online.now i am in a hotel to stay for a while while looking for another place to stay.Please advise.
