How can I delete Pending Charges

I made a shipment using UPS. I tried to charge it to my PayPal account. UPS informed me that the transaction could not go through and to try again. The second transaction could not go through either. I instead charged to my American Express credit card. Now I see two pending charges for UPS each for $9.68 on January 24. Is there any way I can delete these pending charges? Thank you very much.

You would have to void the mailing labels if you did not use them.  Card purchases usually begin in the pending section.  When UPS or your merchant processes your payment that pending transaction will eventually move to Completed section.

I came here for this exact same issue with UPS.  There are 3 pending charges that have been

there almost 2 weeks now.  Most places cancel pending after 3 days, why does PP leave them

there forever it seem?
