HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER ON A ITEM YOU SENT OUT TO A E BAY BUYER TO THE CORRECT TRACKING NUMBER?
BY THE WAY, I DON'T SEE ANY "HISTORY" TAB OR DROP DOWN BOX ON THE TOP HEADER OF THE PAY PAL WEBSITE TO VIEW AN ITEM AND MAKE CHANGES.
