Getting hit with fees for rental payments

I receive rental payments through a 3rd party website that uses paypal. I realized they have been charging me per transaction. I shouldn'be be getting charged for this right?

Paypal fee for goods and services-30 cents transaction,2.9-4.4% discount rate.
what kind of seller protection does that site offer you when your tenant file item not received?
