We noticed some information is missing or incomplete on your PayPal account
and requested your help. Because we haven't heard from you, we've limited
your account. This means you can't withdraw, send, receive or request
money. The limitation will be lifted once the issue is resolved.
Reference Number: PP-005-627-032-358
I have "100%" on my profile and also : Address - Done, email address done, Phone Number Done.
I then went through and realized a couple security things were not done, security questions and mobile pin. The email should be alot more specific to why they are sending you that email, cause otherwise get clueless, when profile say 100% and you linked bank account and such successfully.
I'll keep this here cause i think they keep sending emails, they seem a bit clueless to realize my profile is done and i hope it isn't limited any more..
Some moderator or staff check my account to see it is done? thanks.

Credit card linked?
Click on Help & Contact at the bottom of the page. On the next page there is an option for email and another for phone call.
If you use the phone option, select the one-time passcode.
Use the email option for email. PayPal support does not respond to specifi account isses by email, but you can try. it will take up to 48 hours for an automated email to let you know to check FAQ's and forums. What you do then is reply to that email stating that your want a live person to look at the issue and then your re-state all of the issues. That will take another day or 2 for a reponse.
If you phone the agent can look at your acount while you're on the phone.

This is a "final reminder" implying you had previous reminders? Did you?
Were there any links in the email to fix your account?
Was the email REALLY from PayPal?
Were there any internal messages in your PayPal account that asked you for more security information?

Hello DPcreations and thank you for your timely response.
Firstly i strongly believe it is from legitamate paypal. "Copyright © 1999-2017 PayPal Australia Pty Limited ABN 93 111 195 389 (AFSL
304962). All rights reserved.
PayPal Email ID PP638 - d46f55185a31"
Yes i have had previous reminders and all it said was to "Please log in to your account and go to the Resolution Centre to find out
what you need to do" (in email). Hmm ok.. *gets into resolution centre* - No open cases, "dispute a transaction" don't need to do that. - tips for buyers.. tips for sellers. So far, so not explaining what i need to do.
There were links, but not a link with a message "you need to complete this specific thing"
Help:
https://www.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/helpweb?cmd=_help
Security:
https://www.paypal.com/au/security
(nothing saying i needed to complete security questions).
There was that, but like mentioned before, i got into the security and finished a couple of questions in there. I am hoping that is the problem.. but why can't email be more specific. Didn't realize i had a couple security questions not complete.
No there were no internal paypal messages left either.
Thanks.

Agree. It looks legit and fits with your previous emails.
As to why not specifics. My own opinion is that it is a security thing and PayPal doesn't want to be too specific or you might find a way to generate a fake response or upload. It's more difficult for a hacker if the details are not disclosed.

Please just tell me it is because i didn't finished those 2 security questions and hence paypal decided to limit my account. Cause they want a secure account for transactions to be going through and out. I have searched through the website and can't find any other thing, i seriously hope i don't get any more emails or i will be baffled.
Thanks for your time though.

I am by no means an expert on anything here, but I've looked at a lot of other comments on the forum.
The problem for any forum member is to try to figure real account details and transaction records. It's not like one can look over your shoulder and ask for details or look t your past records while looking for something that just doesn't seem right.
Lacking that ability it comes down to lots of questions trying to visualize the account. This is where specifics matter.
Do you have a bank account and credit card linked to your PayPal account?
How many transactions do you have?
Have you sold items, what products?
Did you buy items, what products?
You are in Australia, correct? Your PayPal account is in Australia, right?
If I had such a problem I coulnt' figure it out I'd make a phone call--or more--to PayPal support.
Just looking for something that might be irregular.
