Hi, i want to cashout from the website OPSkins but they tryed to send me the money and my paypal account dont accept, just say "Payment blocked by PayPal: Transaction was declined (9302)". Can you help me with this?

Is your paypal account verified eg card and bank account etc?

If you don't have a card added and confirmed then that may result in your account not being verified and unable to receive funds.

Also have you confirmed it via the 4 digit code sent to your statement?

I got the same error when I try to cashout from OPSkins too. I got the same error with other site. Did you fix it ? And how ? Thx 😛
