How to upgrade to a Paypal business account

I need to upgrade my Personal Paypal account to a business account.

How do I do that? I dont see any links for upgrading my account. Please help.

Do you actually need a business account? Are you a registered business or a company?

If not then your personal account is actually a personal / premier account and you can sell using that one.
