Ebay aand Paypal

Hello 

I am new so please be kind on your responses. It might sound common sense.

I  sell an item on ebay then Paypal collects the money. Where does the money go?

it seems as the money goes straight to pay my balance?   I thought it goes to a separate account in PAYPAl thenI can use the money to pay bills.

Mony goes to your PayPay funds balance.

Click on Legal at the bottom of the page and then User Agreement.  That's the place to start to learn about PayPal.
