Delivery Confirmation

I sold an item on ebay and it was delivered via Fedex on 12/13. I had entered the Fedex tracking number in Paypal as well. If funds are being held until 3 days after delivery confirmation, at what point does Paypal confirm the delivery? It has been 6 calendar days but funds are still on hold.

It could be a typical hold for a new seller.

It could be that there are issues with the payment.

It could be that there are issues with risk for your own account.

No way of knowning unless your provide details about your account activity, disputes, location, seller payment, and more.

it could be up to 21 days,tracking does make it sooner,but depends on what you sell,how much,how long does it take to collect  the fund and what is your selling history.

best example willbe... if your customer received the item on dec.21st, just count 3days after that... the money will be autoreleased on your account.

call CS to have it released manually since you have the tracking details that can be used as a reference
