Hello, I have a customer that has been trying to pay for her order by using a Prepaid Mastercard gift card. Previously, this could be done when the PayPal windown opened and gave the options in the snapshot below (even this morning I saw this was working). But now, this isn't showing up at all and her purchase is being treated as if she as a Debit or Credit Card. The problem with this is that there is not billing address for her card, so the "Debit or Credit Card" tab doesn't allow her to move forward (as shown in the second photo). Please help!
