Credit Card Problem

I remove my credit card from mistake and i don't know how to take it back. I try to use the same infos but it didn't work. They say "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card". Any help please ?(I'm a new user)

You must call PayPal customer support to have them reset the card for you to link it again.
