Hi all! I misread the instructions when setting up my business name. The hint said I could use business purpose if I didn't have a legal business name yet, so I did (big mistake). Now, the donation form shows this long purpose instead of my website name, which what I wanted to use. Now, the change business name links to my legal (personal) name only. Any ideas?
Phone PayPal customer service. This has been discussed with various threads on the forum in the last couple months. No founda way to change it online eve though it looks likeyou should be able to change it--until you get the personal name issue.
