Can't use my street address for a Paypal Prepaid card...

I live in an apartment building so I have to use a PO box, I thought I could just enter the street address without the apartment number but it just says "This does not appear to be a valid residential address. Please review the address and make any necessary changes."

you have to call Paypal prepaid card issuer and ask why?

Ok, I figured it out. If you live in an apartment residence, you have to put in the apartment number. Yeah, it's weird, but it worked.

If that had worked for me I wouldn't be here complaining about it, I just gave up because Sumiko clearly had no idea what they were talking about.
