Can not add funds

When adding money from my bank account to my PayPal acct I received an error message stating that funds can not be added to my account. Is there anything I can do to put the money I need into the account??

Have you linked and verified your actual bank account rather than just a card?

Yes I have. I added funds last week and there was no problem. Never had a problem since I signed up years ago. Is there a problem with the site right now?

Very odd, best contact customer services direct as they can view your account and see any possible problems.

I'm having the same exact problem adding funds.  I've never had any trouble before and nothing has changed on my computer or browser.  I use IE 11 Windows 7 and can't add any funds to my paypal account.  I contact customer service and they seem to be no help either.  Sooooooooooooooooo frustrating !!  Please fix ASAP !!!

I've been trying to add funds from my checking account for days without luck.  Talked to "Customer Support" twice without resolution, including a very rude "supervisor" who wanted to know why I was wanting to add money to my account, like it was any of her business.   I've been adding money to my account monthly from the same bank account for at least seven or eight years without problem.  Now all they will say is that it is a security issue and there is nothing that they can do and there is noone that I can talk to to resolve the problem.  What?  Nothing has changed on my account in years, except for their change from SmartConnect to Mastercard.  Really crappy service from Paypal.
