Can he ask for a refund for scam me ?

hi, i have sold a steam item (it's a dematerialize object for a game) and i'm asking if he can ask for a refund and rip me ? because after i have receive the payment, i have give him the object for the game and i don't want to be scammed 🙂

There is no seller protection on paypal for virtual items, you can sell them but at your own risk.

 

If he files a chargeback or unauthorised payment and wins you will lose the money.

yes but he have time to open a dispute ? or he can make that in 2 week or in 2 month ?

He has up to 6 months to open a claim if both of you are in the U.S.
