i have a problem i have a site that needs to send me money on paypal, i have a paypal account and have everything added and confirmed on it, by that i mean my email and have a debit card added (MasterCard), but the site can't send me my money, they say paypal denies the payment, shouldn't i be able to receive money on paypal even if i had no card added? i tried contacting paypal but they wont help me 😞 does anyone know a fix?
