Hello!
I'm planning to use a website that offers instant payments sent to my paypal account. My paypal isn't connected to a credit card.
Can you tell me if I will get limited when receiving payments?? If yes, what is the limit?? How many payments can I receive?

You can get limited when receiving money if there is something suspicious about the receipt or or there is something suspicious about the sender of the funds.
How is the sender going to send the funds? Did you link your PayPal account to another account?
I think extreme caution is required in this case.
When you sign up to receive easy money, you put your account and finances at risk.

I will sell graphic design. The site is called Sellfy. I think I forgot to mention this. It isn't a suspicious website. I was just wondering about the payments.

It is generally fine to sell from your website as long as it is set up correctly.
Issues could come up with WHAT you are selling, meaning whether or not items comply with PayPal polcies.
The next issue is whether your sell digital image files or physical pictures which you ship with tracking.
You will not have seller protection for digital files which are downloaded.
There an be many reasons for limiting an account. Too many disputes with buyers is not a good idea. How you manage your buyers' complaints will be important.

If you want your PayPal account to generally work properly without limitation and not run into basic problems (except if patterns of activity trigger PayPal security/risk model or you violate PayPal Acceptable Use or Restricted Activities policies), verify your account with a bank and card. PayPal adheres to KYC and AML regulations so eventually they will ask for this info to verify identity, unless you keep your activity at the occasional use level and the limits won't affect you, you might be able to go without verifying your account but since you will be conducting sales transactions, better to verify the account.
