I am trying to set up a business account for what really isn't a "business" per say. It is a hobby so there is no business license or Tax ID #, so I was wondering if any of this was needed to open up a business account of this type or should I just keep it under my personal account. I would prefer to separate the two so that I could keep track of my personal purchases and payments vs my payments for my hobby payments and purchases. I breed corn snakes and sell the hatchlings to other people looking for corn snakes as pets or for their hobby breeding programs. I don't make much from the sale of them since the majority of the money I get from the sale of the hatchlings goes back into the care and expenses of keeping the snakes I have. So am I able to open up a business account without a business license or Tax ID# or would I be required to have those in order to open one?
