Business account not verified?

Hello,

we are a company (LLC) in the US but all our members are from Europe. We provided EIN, Mobile number, Phone number, US Adress, US debit card, US Bank account. Unfortunately we have applied for a paypal-card without having a SSN. Then our account was limited although we were verfied before. Now thats a problem, because we can not receive money.

We wrote a letter that we are not interested anymore in a debit card due we can not provide a SSN.

What can we do now?

youwil have to call Paypal.

I assume you are not a US citizen or resident.

Paypal does ask for SS number,even for business,as  business account holders are owned by individuals ,

When you apply for a Paypal card,it just alert Paypal that they dont have your SS number on file.

How old is your paypal account,if it is old,this is a requirement in recent year.

Some one may come along and advise you,like getting an IRS tax number?

that is true, I am not a US citizen. I do not have to be US citizen to run a business in the US. I uploaded my passport and provided other sensitive information.

I have called paypal but they say the issues are worked out by the backoffice

i can provide every information, even bank account and credit cards.

i do not know what to do next. this destroys my business due i am not able to receive money

search this forum,there are several posts similar to yours.

saying you dont want to apply for a paypal card is not going to solve your problem,your problem is -would PAYPAL allow you to keep your account without a SS number.

IRS has a number you can apply,someone will come along and shed more light to your case.

if your account is restricted and Paypal decides not to do business with you,you will get your money back after 180 days.

i DO have a taxnumber. i delivered my EIN which is the SSN for corporations / companies

i got this directly from the IRS.
