forgot to add insurance. created a new label then voided the original. paypal is still only showing the tracking etc for the voided label. any way to fix that?
Don't think from your end there's anything you can do, the system should clear it up however, it may take a day or so. If not, suggest giving customer suppor a ring as they can take a look at your account info.
