Just heard back from PayPal again!!! This is the response I got from my last email:

Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. Our developers are working as quickly as possible to get the issue resolved, however we have not been given an estimated time as to when it will be resolved.  The link that was provided will always be a work around.

Yeah, same problem here for me.  It says return to account overview page.

I just got off the phone with PayPal, and this is the biggest bunch of bunkum I've heard yet:

1. PayPal shipping for eBay sales is going away as part of the separation of the two companies. Moving forward, eBay labels will have to be done from eBay, not PayPal. Never mind that eBay's USPS labels are inferior to PayPal's (the PayPal shipping labels print a summary of the shipment details - tracking number, cost, address, etc. - on the other half of the sheet whereas eBay's do not).

2. For non-eBay shipping, anyone with a "Premier" PayPal account must upgrade to a "Business" account in order to re-enable shipping.

3. When I asked why they opted to just show a red box with a generic message to go back to the account home page rather than anything useful, they said it was for "customer service purposes", that they WANT affected customers to call in so they can explain things.

Did they by any chance tell you when the change would take place?  There is  VERY GOOD chance I may just give up on eBay.
