when i click to print a label a new window pops up to return to overview.

yes, i am also trying to create labels, i checked and it's a scheduled maintenance for 2/5. hopefully it will be up & running SOON!

I got it to work by printing through ebay and not Paypal directly.  Try that.

I am not able to print from either PayPal or eBay at this time.  I can enter all of the information, hit calculate and get a cost for the label but when it takes me to the screen to purchase label none of the options are available to be used.  Are others experiencing this problem also or heard anything about this problem occurring.  The announcements on eBay do not say anything about it.

I can't print from Paypal and have never been able to print from eBay.  I'm taking my eBay store off line until they get this straightened out.  If I can't ship my product, I'm out of business anyway.

I have not been able to print any shipping labels for 24 hours now.

The salt in the wound is that if we cannot get shipments out on time, eBay considers you a bad seller, even though the problem is PayPal's fault.
