hi, is paypal shipping down today?

when i click to print a label a new window pops up to return to overview.

Having the same problems here.... when I try to print my labels, it reads "return to account overview"  HELP PLEASE!!

I am having the same problem. Its now the 8th and still not working. Looks like I will have to take my packages to ther post office. I am a top rated seller and if I don't have my tracking uploaded I could lose my top rated seller status. I wish they would fix this asap.

I keep getting the message "No XML returned for command get-from-addresses."

Is there a fix to that?

This 'no ability to' ship from paypal is frustrating

If you'll check the main forum board, you'll find numerous posts about this problem with the multi-order shipping. This has been going on for over 2 wks. (for me) now, so I can understand your frustration about it. One member did provide a link that has worked for me:

However, I agree with you. PayPal needs to fix this! They don't seem to be very concerned about it & that should not be happening. They make money off our accounts, so this should not be a problem for their customers. And it shouldn't be a problem for their technical dept. to fix!!! I contacted them over the weekend & this is the email I received back this morning:

 

"Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I understand your frustration regarding this matter.  The link is broken but MultiOrder Shipping has been working.

If you go to www.paypal.com/mos , it will take you right into the shipping options to import or create new orders.  Please let me know if you need more assistance.

Thank you for being a valuable member of the PayPal community.

I just got through emailing them again, because I'd asked when we could expect the link to be fixed, & "Tammie" didn't bother to answer that part of my email. Will let you know when & if I hear anything else from them. In the meantime, there are 2 workarounds to use, one provided by another post & one in the PayPal email. I guess we have to be satisfied with that for the moment!

Not a problem for me......I have temporarily closed my ebay store down.  I can survive very well with my Amazon orders without all of the ebay - paypal nonsense.  This, incidentally, is not the first time I've done so.   I will consider reopening when Paypal gets their act together.  Amazon's shipping program, incidentally, has never failed to work perfectly 100% of the time........

Yep, 7 cents per copy.  Much, much better than being unable to ship at ANY price.........

Thank you for posting the link.. I've had the same issue this weekend and trying to get answers from customer service is a joke.. The first reply I received told me to verify my account and some other nonsense (I've been using paypal for my business for over 10 years.. been verified for a very long time).. I wrote them back and asked what that has to do with my shipping problem. Received a reply telling me this is an "ongoing problem" and to take my packages to the post office.. Again, not a solution. I use paypal's program to keep track of shipping for tax purposes. So I wrote again, asking what exactly the problem is, and when will it be resolved, and asked why I could use the shipping program with other orders.. I received a reply saying they are aware of the problem and working on it... 

I tried the label one more time, received the same message "paypal shipping is not available at this time" (and yet it was seconds earlier for another order).. I looked at the customers address and realized there was a - after the zip code, like they had started to add the 4 digit extension but hadn't.. I removed the - and the label worked.. Customer service very obviously didn't even look at the transaction or they "maybe" would have noticed that and told me that was the problem? Instead they just send standard nonsense emails.. This is the problem I have with paypal.. Their customer service sucks most of the time.. But could the "ongoing problems" be as simple as something like a - after the zip code??
