order won't go through

i am trying to order from an electronic site and i keep getting this messase "
The shipping address information we received from PayPal indicated that your address status is "unconfirmed". Unfortunately, Newegg only ships to confirmed PayPal addresses at this time. If you would like to use PayPal for this purchase, you will need to update your PayPal shipping information to a confirmed address." can someone tell me what is going on? I have not had this problem in the past.

To confirm your address, add a debit card or credit card to your PayPal account.

Here’s how:

1. Login to your PayPal account.
2. Click Wallet.
3. Click Link a card.
4. Enter your card information.
5. Click Save.

I am a seller on Newegg and if your Newegg shipping name and address does not match your PayPal account information, the sale will not go through.

You need to update one of the names and addresses to complete the purchase. Would likely be easier to start fro scratch, edit your information and try again.
