I have just made my ipn.php file and when I tested it with PayPal Sandbox IPN simulator, my errors log outputed this error:
cURL error: [35] Unsupported SSL protocol version
Is something wrong with my php file or my website host?

As scope of this forum is for less technical issues, here's two alternative options for finding help:
Developer's Forum:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/paypal
Tech Support:
https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/home
Also just Googling: cURL error: [35] Unsupported SSL protocol version
Will produce quite a few posts, you may find something useful there.
