Where to turn?

Hi, 

I will try to keep it short and sweet.

I have a store on godaddy. I use paypal payment standard where it takes you from my site to paypal for payment. I have had 5 orders in the last 24 hours that did not complete payment, which is all the orders we had. I had my wife place an order to test it and it tried directing her to a different site other than paypal with an error that said certificates did not match. I just tried it and it took me to paypal with no problem. I emailed customers asking if there was a problem but they won't answer.

Is this a godaddy problem, paypal problem, my problem? Any suggestions?

Start with GoDaddy.  Sounds like some kind of redirection issue.

Ensure that when you test, delete your web browser's cookies, temp files and history.  Then close your web browser, reopen it and test.
