Using Reloadable Visa Debit card Question.

Hello I came with a question today about pre paid visa debit cards, I know you can link it to your paypal account and spend the money you have on it, but, if i received money in my paypal account could i spend the paypal balance with the prepaid card? Any feed back would be nice thanks for your time )

awww I thought if you bought things online it would pull the funds out of your paypal account of course if you chose the paypal option on the billing.

What you can't do is reload the card from your account balance. 

PayPal does offer a debit card.

oh okay i see but if i purchase withthe card hooked to my account would it withdraw money from my paypal account?

No it can't do.   In order to something like that, you would need a PayPal debit card.

ahhh that Stinks don't have a bank account so i can't really get a paypal debit card
