I had my PC and Laptop Stolen early this week, I've contacted paypal a few times about it, one of the employees that I spoke with yesterday was on the phone with me when actual fraud happened, she was able to verify immediately it was coming from my Stolen Laptop in Seattle, WA. She was extraordinarily empathetic (Erica) and immediately transferred me to her supervisor who put provisional credit on the account for that transaction. There were multiple other transactions that occurred before this that I've been fighting and paypal claims they are authorized transactions. When I called to inquire about those today (Kevin) in the fraud dept said they would need a police report which in SD you can only get certain days of the week, in a two hour window and you have to pay. Why are some paypal team members so kind and generous and understanding when you are the victim of a crime but, others treat you as you are the thief? Is there a number of someone I could call above these ignorant non customer service oriented "suprevisors"?
