I am currently writing a book that I plan to self publish. I want to be able to sell it from my own website so I can do specials such as donating proceeds to charity and what not. However, I have a few questions regarding sells tax.
1) Am I considered a buisness if it is just myself, and I am selling and my own product?
2) If so, do I need to register for a Employer ID if I am not hiring anyone and not truly an Employer?
