Replica Merchandise HELP

JUST REALIZED THIS IS IN THE WRONG TOPIC SORRY!

Hello I bought 3 pairs of air jordans from mentalkicks.com . I recentley bought a pair of the same air jordan from finishline.com. the mental kicks pair do not match the finishline pair. the color is off, the box is off , the label is off. everything about it seem to be that they are unauthorized fake pairs. there site says the only sell authentic merchandise. now 2 pair have been worn and the 3rd pair is still new. cant i still file a dispute since i did not buy fake merchandise it stated they were real but are fake. please help.

File for item received but not as described via the "resolve a problem" link lower left of your paypal summary page.

If you can get written proof eg from a company that sells the real thing then you may not have to return the item.

However paypal will make the decision based on what they see on the site / or what was on the money request as to what you paid for.
