Someone wants to buy 2 concert tickets from me and asked if we can do it thru PayPal. I have the physical tickets in hand so what is the best procedure? Can he cancel the payment or file a dispute after I hand the tickets over? How do I know he sent the payment before handing over the tickets?
Sorry this is the 1st time I've used this for revceivng monies, usually it's me spending money with merchants.
