Pending authorization

Hi

I'm really stressed. I paid over $1700 for a VIP tickets to attend a concert in Toronto via Paypal. I got charged from my credit card but i got a message from the website that says my order has been cancelled and they didn't charge my credit card and told me they void the payment back to my account. So i log into payapl and it says ( pending) i called paypal and they asked me a proof of the cancellation so i sent it to them. then i called them back and they tell me to wait 24hrs ! now its been 3 days and its a big amount of money ! what should i do ? please help me

Hi MrAbdulla,

I'm sorry to hear about this experience. If you originally made that payment with your card, then that refund would automatically be credited back to your card. Although PayPal processes refunds back to the card immediately, it can take up to 30 days for your card issuer to post that credit back to your account.
