I'm wanting to buy concert tickets from someone and they asked me to go purchase a Pay Pal My cash card and then send them the activation code at what point she would fed'ex me the tickets. This makes no sense to me - is this a scam? Couldn't I simply submit a paypal payment to her and then have more protections? I'm just not familiar with My Cash. The tickets are fair priced but I don't want to get taken for a ride. Please advise!!
